This master’s thesis explores how leadership can foster psychological safety and work engagement among young professionals in cross-cultural work environments. Using a qualitative approach and interviews with employees, the study identifies leadership strategies such as open communication, trust, and inclusion that reduce burnout risk and support sustainable work environments. The findings emphasize the role of psychological safety as a foundation for motivation and engagement in diverse, modern organizations.
