The objective of this study is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial passion on entrepreneurial behaviour. We develop hypotheses about how various dimensions of entrepreneurial passion, i.e. passion for inventing, founding, and developing, are associated with the intensity of two forms of entrepreneurial behaviour: venture creation and intrapreneurship. Our hypotheses are tested on a sample of 201 graduates from an entrepreneurship master’s program in Sweden. We find support for our hypotheses suggesting a positive relationship between passion for founding and the intensity of venture creation behaviour, as well as between passion for developing and the intensity of intrapreneurial behaviour. On the other hand, we find no positive association between passion for inventing and the intensity of venture creation behaviour, or between passion for inventing and the intensity of intrapreneurial behaviour.
