Abstract [sv]

Psykologiforskarna Håkan Nilsson, Ali Kazemi och Gunne Grankvist verksamma vid Högskolan Väst vill i denna debattartikel betona vikten av att bättre matcha HR-utbildningens innehåll till vad som konkret kommer behövas inom HR professionen framöver. På HRnytt välkomnar vi debatten och lyfter gärna fram betydelsen av att rusta framtidens HR-ledare med rätt verktyg och kunskaper.
