    Abstract [en]

    Physical activity on prescription, so-called FaR is an important task for the district nurse in order to promote the individual´s health. Physical activity can relieve pain and symptoms as well as lead to reduced medication. The purpose of this study was to examine adult patients’ experiences of having been prescribed FaR. An interview study using an inductive qualitative approach was set up and ten patients were interviewed. The interviews were analyzed using content analysis according to Graneheim and Lundman’s description of the method. The results show that those who received tailored FaR had, in different ways, been offered, given to reason and discuss, agree and given the choice of activity and degree of activity the following individual condition and disease. To be asked to increase activity was almost as common as getting tailored FaR. Monitoring and support varied from close contacts if necessary to no follow-up at all. Those who had close contact described they had been met with a motivational interview. Some patients had no need of frequent follow-ups and were pleased to have received encouragement to the increased activity. The medical staff need ongoing training in motivational interviewing and in being flexible when there is a prescribed FaR to be consistent in patients undergoing treatment. To get repeated encouragement at follow-ups was one of the main categories that made the patients motivated progressively, increased activity and reduced resistance.

    Abstract [en]

    This thesis is about a security analysis of a company's use of IT and their internal network security. The company is a midsized with about 100 employees and half of them use IT in their daily work. The company is active within industrial manufacturing and is located in western Swe-den. They want to develop in IT and are curious about how secure their network is today.

    A review of the layer 2 network security and computers used in the daily work was performed and evaluated. Anonymous interview of employees were made to find out how IT is used at work. A risk analysis was filled in by the responsible employees at the company to get an overview of how they think about risks and vulnerabilities in the use of IT. All this was done to bring recommendations to the company about how they can improve their security compared to what it is today.

    The results from the analysis of the network indicates weaknesses in the layer 2 security and that no security features are currently used to stop attacks from the inside of the net-work. The company has no high demands on the network or the security on the in-side but has given priority to flexibility and physical security.

    Abstract [en]

    This thesis work has been performed at Benteler Engineering Service in Gothenburg in cooperation with Benteler Aluminium System Norway AS in Raufoss. Since the requirements on a product are changed several times during a product development process in the automotive industry, the desire to develop parts faster has increased. Components with complex geometries can take a large amount of time to design and when requirements on the design are changed the CAD-model has to be remade. A model with a complex geometry, which often is exposed to changes, is the B-pillar in the car. To achieve a more time efficient process for the B-pillar, an investigation was made to see if parameterization of the CAD-model could be made to save time in the development process. The result of this has shown that if the model is supposed to be changed more than three times parameterization is something that should be considered.

    Different strategies for parameterization that could support the development process of the CAD-model of a B-pillar have been compared to investigate which strategy that was best suited for this project.

    The goal to create a CAD-model of a generic B-pillar as a showpiece where parameters control the geometry and where changes of the main dimensions can be implemented faster than in a model without parameterization, has been fulfilled.

    Abstract [en]

    Today's society is composed of a constant energy dependency to get all functions of the modern society to function, a power failure can be devastating. Even though Sweden has a strong power grid, the requirement to always have access to electricity has opened up a market for back-up power. The aim of this work was to create material that could be used in educational purpose and for the reader to get a basic understanding of back-up power with focus on diesel generated power. The course material consists of recommendation of content in the form of page references from sources that fit well in the compilation ofeducation material in the form of a compendium. The compendium is supplemented with a layout of a PowerPoint presentation that can be used for educational purposes. By studying the relevant sources, we have deepened in our topic diesel generated power and have picked out page references, in accordance with the agreement regarding the school copy law, which we consider to be a good fit for the creation of a compendium. We have also created a foundation to a PowerPoint that can facilitate the creation of lecture material. This report explains the structure of a diesel power generator and what is important to consider when sizing a power system. The report also discusses recommended maintenance as well as the requirements placed on a diesel power generator.

    Abstract [en]

    Background: Constipation is a common problem in all areas of health care and leads to unnecessary suffering for the patient and a decreased wellbeing. This study aims to make a summary of preventative measures as increased fibre intake, massage, and alternate methods which can be used in preventative care by the nurse to prevent constipation and maintain the patient’s wellbeing. Aim: To describe which measures the nurse can use to prevent constipation and maintaining the patient’s wellbeing. Method: A literature-based study based on ten quantative scientific articles. Results: A high fibre diet, abdominal massage, pear juice, lactic acid bacteria, bran and planned nursing interventions are effective in preventing constipation and maintaining the patient’s wellbeing. Conclusion: There are many methods besides laxatives which the nurse can use to prevent constipation and maintain the patient’s wellbeing.

    Abstract [en]

    The background to our research is a common interest in adolescent identity development. We have found no previous studies of how home solutions can contribute to a positive identity development so we considered it interesting to do such a study. The purpose of the research is based on a staff point of view to increase understanding of the meaning to the work with home solutions when it comes to taking advantage of and strengthen young people's positive identity processes. In order to answer this purpose, we have chosen to problematize questions about how identity formation takes place in their activities and how they with home solutions can strengthen these young people in a positive direction.

    We have used a social constructionist point of view throughout this research. To collect our material we have done six individual qualitative interviews that have been analyzed and processed using a qualitative content analysis. Our results shows that the staff group describes identity as socially constructed with and by the individuals context. They also describe that home solutions can contribute to a stronger identity development through their work, their view of man and ways of being. Our interpretation and conclusion is that the staff considers their work with home solutions contributes to influence young people's identity development in a positive direction. Since our study has a staff point of view it would be interesting to do further research on a youth perspective.

    Bakgrund: I början av 2018 skakades Toronto av ett massmord där en man medvetet körde över ett flertal kvinnor (BBC, 2018). Gärningsmannen hänvisade till ett inceluppror i en statusuppdatering på Facebook strax före dådet. I och med dådet var det många som fick upp ögonen för incels och med detta kom försök att definiera vad incels är. I denna uppsats undersöks fenomenet incels med en konstruktivistisk, diskursanalytisk utgångspunkt.

    Syfte: Uppsatsens syfte är att med hjälp av diskursanalys undersöka hur användarna i underforumet Inceldom Discussion på incels.is konstruerar sig själva i deras incelskap samt hur de konstruerar maskulinitet, feminitet och heterosexualitet i relation till detta.

    Metod: Studiens design är en kombination av konstruktivistisk grounded theory och kritisk diskursanalys. Genom att koda och skapa kategorier av en stor mängd data med grounded theory som metod har jag valt ut vilka sorts diskurser som ska analyseras för att visa på incels konstruktion av subjekt, kön och sexualitet.

    Resultat: I denna studie visas hur användarna på incels.is konstruerar sexualitet utifrån tre olika sorters diskurser. Den första diskursen konstruerar incelskapet och styr vad det innebär att vara incel. Utifrån detta konstruerar användarna en sexuell ekonomi tillsammans med andra maskuliniteter och femininiteter som bidrar till att skapa incels maktlöshet på sexuella marknader.

    Användandet av digitala verktyg i skolan har ökat stort de senaste åren visar en rapport från Skolverket (2016). Det är viktigt att det finns ett tydligt syfte när datorer och iPads introduceras i klassrum och på fritidshem. Många skolor satsar stora pengar och mycket tid på att implementera den nya tekniken för att följa läroplanen (2016). Om barnens syn på användandet av den nya tekniken undersöks, kan pedagoger hitta ett bra sätt att arbeta med verktyget. Ett syfte med den pedagogiska verksamheten som bedrivs på fritidshem är att "främja elevernas fantasi och förmåga att lära tillsammans med andra" (2016, s.20). Eleverna ska också "uppmuntras och utmanas att pröva egna och andras idéer, lösa problem och omsätta idéerna i handling" (2016, s.24). Om iPad ska kunna användas för att uppfylla dessa krav kan det krävas mer av pedagoger och lärares kompetens inom området. Användandet behöver ses över så att barn inte "bara spelar". Då fritidshemmet enligt Skolverkets reviderade läroplan (2016) bedriver undervisning och personal som arbetar på fritidshem kan vara utbildade lärare mot fritidshem, blir också kopplingen till skolans undervisning relevant.

    Abstract [en]

    Aims: The purpose of this thesis is to describe peer educators’ experiences from the training given to them by The Leadership South Programme. The aim is also to describe the participants’ perceived self-empowerment and perceptions about their own learning and experiences of being a peer educator. The study also aims to explore how peer educators share their skills with others.

    Methods: Grounded Theory is the method used for the research presented in this thesis. The data collection was done by open-ended questionnaires followed by qualitative interviews.

    Results: The results show that the peer educators who participated in our study show increased self-esteem and motivation. The training has also given them increased knowledge in communicating, listening and facilitating others. Furthermore peer educators experienced increased self-awareness and learned how to motivate and support their peers and share information.

    Bakgrund: Elever med ett annat modersmål än svenska har enligt gymnasieförordningen rätt att välja svenska som andraspråk (SVA) om de önskar det. Studier visar dock att en majoritet av elever inte får någon information om skillnaden mellan SVA och svenska som modersmål (SVE) inför deras gymnasieval i årskurs nio. Vidare bygger uppdelningen av SVA och SVE på en språkvetenskaplig grund, men i Skollagen står det inte uttryckligen vem som ska läsa SVA, vilket gör att urvalet baseras på annat än språkmässiga faktorer. SVA-ämnet har också kritiserats genom åren och är inte anpassat efter dagens SVA-elever. Slutligen visar forskning gällande nivågrupperingar i klasser, både positiva och negativa resultat för elevers prestationer.

    Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka sex gymnasieskolors rutiner gällande hantering av elevers val till SVA respektive SVE.

    Metod: I studien har en kvalitativ datainsamlingsmetod använts i form av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Åtta informanter från sex olika skolor i Sverige deltog.

    Resultat: Resultatet visar att en minoritet av skolorna informerar eleverna om skillnaden mellan SVA och SVE och ingen av skolorna använder sig av något utarbetat test för att ta reda på om elever behöver SVA-undervisning utan använder sig av egna metoder. De som bör läsa SVA är de elever som inte har fått en tillräcklig kontakt med det svenska språket under uppväxten alternativt nyanlända elever. Dessutom ska SVAelever ha ett annat modersmål än svenska för att passa in i kursplanens kunskapskrav och förmågor, vilket inte alltid är fallet enligt resultatet. Ingen av de intervjuade lärarna nivågrupperar sina klasser och majoriteten anser inte att det behövs. Avslutningsvis tycker de flesta att SVA-ämnet ska finnas kvar som ett separat ämne eftersom det gynnar SVA-eleverna i deras språkutveckling.

    Background:

    Overweight and obesity have become a worldwide epidemic, when people choose to eat and live unhealthy. The epidemic will, according to the researchers to harvest more victims than an epidemic normally do, they believe that more than a million people at risk of dying prematurely of complications from obesity. The nurse responsible for the patient's health and can make use of the method of motivational interviewing as treating methods for patients with obesity. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe the obese patient's road to a lasting behavioral change. Method: A literature review was used to analyze scientific articles related to the subject area. One qualitative- and eight quantitative studies are included in this review. Results: The result is based on the main category, the patient summarizing the seven subcategories, obstacle, consciousness, emotions, food, discipline, physical facility and failure and good results. These categories describe the patient's road to lasting behavioral change. Conclusion: It is the patient who must have the courage to want to change their unhealthy behavior. Seven steps are defined with the result that reflects the patient's path toward a behavior change, the patient must undergo all the seven steps to achieve lasting change

    Abstract [en]

    The task of managing and performing customer contact is of great importance to a company, as the employee who performs the task is the representative of the company, and plays an important part in how the company is perceived. For the employee to be able to contribute to a successful service appointment, it is imperative that the employees feel motivated. How employees in customer-related professions view their motivation and which factors spur them on was the starting point of this study. In this study five employees contributed, all with customer related tasks. Data was collected by semi-structured interviews. Via a thematic analysis, the result showed that the most important motivational factor was the need for satisfying communication with coworkers, supervisors and customers. Like a catalyst, the interaction with others affected the internal desire to perform, and therefore influenced the individual workers motivation in a positive way. Other factors highlighted were the need to feel belonged and associated, and also to receive feedback on a daily basis. Also, the need to feel challenged by the work they perform, opportunities to advance and working towards the goals they set for themselves is central. These factors were discussed based on different motivational theories related to present research. This study’s contribution is a deeper understanding of what motivates the employees with customer-based professions within this company. By highlighting these factors the company may get a better understanding of what motivates employees and, if they want to, chose to focus their energy and resources towards them

    Abstract [en]

    In this article, geometrical distortions of steel structures due to laser beam welding were analyzed. Two 700-mm-long U-beam structures were welded in overlap configurations: a double U-beam structure and a U-beam/flat structure. The structures were in different material combinations from mild steel to ultrahigh-strength steel welded with different process parameters. Different measures of distortions of the U-beam structures were evaluated after cooling. Significant factors of the welding process and the geometry of the structures were identified. Furthermore, welding distortions were modeled using two predictive finite element simulation models. The previously known shrinkage method and a newly developed time-efficient simulation method were evaluated. The new model describes the effects of expansion and shrinkage of the weld zone during welding and material plasticity at elevated temperatures. The new simulation method has reasonable computation times for industrial applications and improved agreement with experiments compared to the often used so-called shrinkage method. © 2018, IMechE 2018.

    Forskning visar att grammatikundervisningen har avtagit i skolorna sedan mitten av 1900-talet. På grund av detta valde jag att göra en studie om lärares förhållande till grammatiken i årskurs 4-6. Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka lärares syn på grammatik och vad de säger om hur de undervisar i grammatik i svenskämnet i årskurs 4-6.  Metoden som användes var sju kvalitativa semi-strukturerade intervjuer, detta för att få en fördjupad förståelse för lärarnas tankar och upplevelser om grammatiken samt hur de säger att de undervisar i det. Resultatet visade att lärarna anser att grammatiken är viktig för elever i årskurs 4-6 och att de kopplar detta framförallt till skrivutveckling och främmandespråksinlärning. Lärarna beskrev att de undervisar i grammatik med hjälp av läromedel utifrån ett exkluderat och inkluderat arbetssätt, som beskrivs i studien.

    Bakgrund: Forskning visar att elever har svårigheter att tolka och utföra beräkningar när subtraktionshändelser behandlas. Vi valde därför att undersöka hur subtraktionshändelser förekommer och behandlas i läromedel då undervisning till största delen utgår från läromedel.

    Syfte: Syftet med studien har varit att granska vilka subtraktionshändelser som förekommer i läroböcker och hur de problematiseras i lärarhandledningar.

    Metod: För att genomföra studien valde vi att analysera läromedelsserierna Mattespanarna och Mera Favorit matematik. Dessa läromedelsserier utgjordes av läroböcker och lärarhandledningar, i årskurs 4-6. Den metod som har använts till studien är textanalys i form av innehållsanalys där både en kvantitativ och en kvalitativ analys har genomförts.

    Resultat: Resultatet visade att läromedlen till viss del behandlade olika subtraktionshändelser. Läroböckerna hade en högst ojämn fördelning av olika subtraktionshändelser samt att förekomsten av subtraktionshändelser minskade i antal för varje årskurs. I lärarhandledningarna framgick det att subtraktionshändelser behandlades ytterst sparsamt och det stöd som gavs i dem var främst av instruerande karaktär.

    GKN Aerospace is a world leading supplier of aerospace components. The Aerospace segment that Trollhättan is part of has a total of 35 plants on four continents and employs at the time of writing over 12,000 people. The products produced are made in materials that are difficult to process and the accuracy requirements are extremely high.

    The case study has been carried out at GKN in Trollhättan and aims to identify disturbances in the initial part of the process chain for the products LM2500 and 3-9C. The objective of the work will lead to proposals for action which is intended to smooth out the flow and create conditions to keep the given cycle time of eleven hours.

    Since GKN has been working with Lean production before it is also the basis for the theoretical framework. The main method of data collection was collection of data in the business system that has been supplemented with interviews and observations in the factory.

    An important part of Lean is to eliminate waste. Therefore, the eight wastages is the basic structure for the results section. Based on the chosen structure several types of waste could be identified. By analysis underpinned by theoretical framework and data collection this leads to recommended measures where the most important are:

    • Review maintenance practices when machine stop causes many hours of waiting and causes unpredictability in the production.

    • Equalize the production flow through the introduction of new operations and smooth the process times. 

    • Work towards initiating a one piece flow by separation operations that are currently carried out in the same machine.

    Background: Trustee is an actor who a specialist nurse in psychiatry may cooperate within the care of people with mental disabilities. Trustee works as a deputy to a person who himself cannot protect their own interests. Mental disability is a reason why trustee is held by the Swedish courts. There are no new measurements of how many people's with mental disabili-ties that have a trustee, but research shows that this insert is a common occurrence for these people. No previous research has been found which describe trustee's impact on the nursing care of people with mental disabilities.

    Aim:

    The aim of this study was to describe the specialist nurse in psychiatry experiences of a trustee in the care of people with mental disabilities in psychiatric outpatients.

    Method:

    The study was based on interviews with 10 specialist nurse in psychiatry, working in psychiatric outpatient. A qualitative content analysis was conducted.

    Results:

    In the present study the specialist nurse in psychiatry describe that trustee can be promoting in the care of people with mental disabilities. The nurses described that the trustee was a person who they could cooperate with and who also guarded the patient´s rights. Trus-tees could also be aggravating to the care when the cooperation was hampered by various fac-tors such as the trustee's personality and the patient opposed the insert.

    Conclusion:

    Trustee has an impact on the care of people with mental disabilities. There are opportunities for cooperation between the specialist nurse in psychiatry and the trustee that can promote a more full care of people with mental disabilities.

    Background: Alzheimer's disease is the most common dementia disease and affects 60-70 percent of people suffering from a dementia disease. About 100 000 people in Sweden are diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Managing and taking care of a person who needs a lot of support and help means that life becomes completely different than before. Support from the surroundings are therefore very important for close relatives caring for a person with Alzheimer's Disease.

    Aim: The aim of this study was to explore closely related persons' experience of caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease.

    Method: The method to create evidence-based nursing based on analysis of qualitative research was used. Eleven articles were obtained through the databases Cinahl and PsycINFO. From the 11 articles three themes and eight sub-themes emerged.

    Results: The results showed that close relatives experienced difficulties communicating with the person in Alzheimer's disease. They felt great fear and concern about the disease and its development. Relatives breached themselves to meet the person's need for care. The close relative felt that caring for Alzheimer's disease caused them to feel isolated. Relatives found strategies that made it easier for them to care for Alzheimer's disease.

    Conclusion: It was stressful to care for a person with Alzheimer's disease and the close relatives were in great need of support. The nurse must be able to meet the close relatives' feelings of anxiety, guilt and shame, especially as a close relative caring for a person with Alzheimer's disease is not always voluntary.

    Bakgrund: 

    Matematiken har varit en viktig del av förskolans verksamhet sedan långt tillbaka i tiden (Pramling Samuelsson & Asplund Carlsson 2007). Redan på mitten av 1800-talet tog Fröbel fram ett matematiskt material som han betecknade som lekgåvor. Dessa lekgåvor lever kvar än idag i förskolans verksamhet (Johansson 1994). Björklund (2008) poängterar att pedagogers synliggörande av matematik är av vikt för att barn ska skapa förståelse och utvecklas till matematiska individer. Det handlar om att konkretisera och utmana matematiken för barnen både i vardagen och vid planerade aktiviteter. Doverborg (2006) menar dock att det inte främst handlar om de lärarstyrda och planerade aktiviteterna utan att det i första hand handlar om att möta och synliggöra matematiken i vardagen tillsammans med barnen. Ett tidigt positivt möte med matematiken genererar ofta en fortsatt lyckad framgång senare i livet inom matematik (Linder, Powers-Costello & Stegelin 2011). Miljön påverkar vilka matematiska förmågor som barnen får chans att utveckla på förskolan, därför krävs en stimulerande och lustfylld miljö både inomhus och utomhus (Pettersson 2008).

    Syfte: Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur pedagoger tolkar och synliggör vad som är matematik för de yngsta barnen i förskolan.

    Metod: Vi har använt oss av en kvalitativ etnografisk studie som innefattar observationer och informella och formella intervjuer. Fältstudierna har ägt rum på två förskolor, 31 barn och sex pedagoger har deltagit, både förskollärare och barnskötare.

    Resultat: Pedagogerna arbetade med matematiken vid planerade situationer men matematiken framträdde främst i vardagssituationer. Vid de flesta tillfällen synliggjordes matematiken på pedagogernas initiativ men de fångade också upp tillfällen då barnen tog initiativ till matematik och synliggjorde den. Pedagogerna synliggjorde matematiken för barnen genom att problematisera och konkretisera den på barnens nivå. Vi kunde se att inomhusmiljön var mer matematisk än utomhusmiljön då dessa två skiljde sig markant från varandra på de båda förskolorna. Studien visar också att det finns en viss skillnad mellan barnskötare och förskollärare vad gäller medvetenhet i synliggörandet av matematiken

    Studie "Att förändra en högskolas kodplan (- fallstudie vid Högskolan Väst)" i kursen Examensarbete i företagsekonomi - kandidatexamen med inriktning mot redovisning, VT 2013 har genomförts av Pernilla Andersson och Victoria Sjöstedt.

    Vi har på uppdrag av Högskolan Väst undersökt hur en kodstruktur kan vara strukturerad för att uppfylla interna och externa redovisningskrav och behov. Bakgrunden till studien orsakades av att de upplevde en problematik med deras befintliga kodstruktur som hade skapats 2002. Organisationen hade förändrats under dessa tio år varför strukturen behövde justeras, dessutom hade de börjat växa ur sina nummerserier. Ett beslutsstödssystem hade också införskaffats där ekonomisystemet eventuellt skulle implementeras varför kodstrukturen även behövde kunna integreras med andra system för att få fram relevant information. Högskolans kodplan vid studiens genomförande bestod av fälten konton, ansvar, verksamhetsgren, motpart, finansiär, anläggning och objekt. Syftet med studien var att lägga en teoretisk grund för en ny kodstruktur som kunde uppfylla verksamhetens krav och behov. Gruppintervjuer med åtta fokusgrupper samt fyra individuella semi-strukturerade intervjuer inom Högskolan Västs organisation användes som metod för datainsamling. De befattningar som intervjuades var beslutsfattare, olika befattningar inom ekonomifunktion, utredare, koordinator för kvalitet samt forskningsrådgivare. För att få med några ytterligare behov granskades även vissa officiella dokument som Högskolans årsredovisning, regleringsbrev, Ekonomistyrningsverkets (ESV) rekommendationer och regelhänvisningar. Vår undersökning grundade sig i en teori kring ABC-kalkylering i relation till traditionella metoder. Empirinsamlingen visade på ett behov av att kunna få ABC-redovisning men att det vid tidpunkten för studien inte var fullt genomförbart eftersom det skulle innebära mycket manuellt arbete varför fler datasystem i så fall behövde integreras som exempelvis ett tjänsteplaneringssystem. Vi kunde konstatera genom empirin och teorin att det högskolan saknade var en ABC-redovisning, med fokus på ansvar och objekt. Kodplanens struktur som vi rekommenderar till Högskolan Väst är en grund för att kunna utvecklas till en ABC-modell efterhand som system implementeras. Vi kunde även konstatera att Högskolan Västs nuvarande kodstruktur inte behövde någon större omstrukturering utan att istället interna rapporter och uppföljningsmallar behövde förändras till att bli mer aktivitetsbaserade istället för kontobaserade som de var vid tillfället för studien.

    Abstract [en]

    Thee purpose of this study was to examine what helps in counseling against women victims of domestic violence, and how to identify empowerment in their experiences? It is a qualitative study using semi-structured interviews where the collected material is based on five interviews. The group we studied is victims of domestic violence who had taken part of counseling. The interviews were based on an interview guide that sought answers to women´s experience of counseling. The interviews were analyzed with the help of theories of support, domestic violence and empowerment. The analytic method used is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), which means that the text develop categories and themes. The themes in the analysis became” the profession´s impact on women´s experience of counseling, the importance of relationship to the experience of counseling and the significance of the support for the women´s process of empowerment. The result shows that security, trust and distinctness are essential to a good relationship between the women and the social worker. For this to be possible, we see that the required skills, knowledge and experience of working with domestic violence and the consequences it brings. A good relationship can in turn give confirmation and insight and thus give rise to women´s process of empowerment.

    Bakgrund: Historiskt sett har fritidshemmet inte haft något eget kapitel i de olika läroplanerna som har tillämpats. Läroplanen för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet 2011 reviderades år 2016 där ett nytt kapitel tillägnat fritidshemmet tillkom. Fritidshemmets nya kapitel innehåller en syftesdel och ett centralt innehåll. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur det nya innehållet för fritidshemmet som tillkom i 2016 års reviderade upplaga av Läroplan för grundskolan, förskoleklassen och fritidshemmet 2011 har tagits emot av personal på fritidshem. Utifrån syftet formulerades tre frågeställningar: Vilka hinder och möjligheter har den nya läroplanen skapat inom yrket? På vilket sätt har det nya kapitlet förändrat arbetet på fritidshemmet? Hur påverkas mottagandet av läroplanens nya kapitel av personalens olika utbildningar och erfarenheter? Metod: En webbaserad enkätundersökning är gjord i verktyget Surveymonkey och användes som metod där 109 enkäter har bearbetats. Resultatet har sammanställts genom Surveymonkeys analysfunktion och redovisningen av data redogörs för genom tabeller och diagram. Resultatet tolkas dessutom med hjälp av tidigare forskning. Resultat: Resultatet visade att majoriteten av respondenterna ställde sig positiva till innehållet i det nya kapitlet för fritidshemmet. Merparten av respondenterna upplevde att arbetet på fritidshemmet underlättats på olika sätt och att uppdraget som fritidspedagog tydliggjorts. Resultatet visade också att respondenterna vars utbildning ledde till en lärarexamen ställde sig mer positiva i sina svar. Respondenterna som inte var utbildade fritidspedagoger ställde sig mindre positiva. Vidare visade resultatet att respondenternas uppfattning av negativa aspekter som det nya kapitlet för fritidshemmet fört med sig är att fritidsverksamheten blir för lik skolans verksamhet, att det blir mindre fri lek och att det är svårt att hinna planera efter läroplanen.

    A control plan is a document that makes the maintenance work more efficient. These documents can for instance be used on a power plant to maintain routines and inspections on the electrical equipment. It is the plant owner's responsibility to ensure that the plant and its associated equipment is checked continuously to ensure the safety of the plant. The frequency of the inspections and what needs to be checked is not mentioned in any laws or regulations. It is thereby up to the owner to decide the ranges and the need of which inspections that are implemented on the plant. This study has been made to simplify the decisions that the owner must take when developing the routine and inspection plans.

    The developed control plan is taken from literary studies and two interviews from two separate companies. Through a comparative study data has been produced that describes what should be performed during a visual inspection and functional controls on a power plant. The study is limited to equipment that is generally occurring in a restricted access area. The produced result is two control documents – one for patrols and one for functional controls. The documents show what type of inspection that should be performed during a control, while the report describes how often these routines should be implemented. The time intervals are produced from a comparison of four companies' routines. Two of the companies has been interviewed while intern documents at two other companies have been reviewed.

    The study has given insight into the inspections that are implemented in a restricted access area and the responsibility that power plant owners have on the plant. The sources are considered relevant to the study and the interviews have been made with persons that possess knowledge in the field of study.

    Abstract [en]

    This thesis describes how different values on a neutral grounding resistor and an uncompensated power distribution network affect the zero sequence current and the zero sequence voltage. If the neutral grounding reactor in the power distribution network is too overcompensated or undercompensated, the directional earth-fault relay may not work. The purpose of this study is to present the advantages and disadvantages of two different earth-fault functions. The two earth-fault functions that will be compared are an admittance-based earth-fault protection and a directional earth-fault protection with angle calculation between the zero sequence current and the zero sequence voltage.

    The capacitive earth-fault currents have increased in the distribution stations because the overhead lines are replaced with underground cables. The capacitive current must be compensated since the capacitance can cause an overcompensated or an undercompensated network. An uncompensated distribution network may cause the zero sequence current and voltage becoming too low so that the earth-fault protections do not detect an earth-fault.

    After the comparison of the two earth-fault functions it can be concluded that there is a minor difference between the both functions. There are some deviations in the test results conducted in a laboratory environment. It is not possible to state which one of the functions that is the most suitable to use in real power distribution networks, since no such tests have been conducted in this study.

    Abstract [en]

    Bullying is a major global problem that is prevalent among young people. The aim of the present study is to investigate mental health and tobacco, alcohol and drug use and child disclosure related to bullying. The study intended to verify background variables such as gender, ethnicity and enjoyment of the area one lives in. The following questions were formulated: (a) Is there any connection between mental health, tobacco, alcohol and drug use, child disclosure and bullying? (b) How does bullying relate to mental health, tobacco, alcohol and drug use and child disclosure while controlling for gender, ethnicity and enjoyment of the area? To study this area, we used a quantitative approach with material from the LoRDIA (Longitudinal Research on Development In Adolescence) study in 2015. The study included 1324 students from two small and two medium-sized cities in Jönköping’s and Västra Götaland’s county in southern Sweden. The result indicate that there is a statistically significant relationship between bullying, mental health, tobacco, alcohol and drug use, as well as child disclosure. The most interesting result of the study shows that there is a significant difference between boys and girls bullying behavior: Boys are more involved in bullying than girls, and their bullying behavior is predicted by tobacco, alcohol, and drug use and child disclosure and perceived enjoyment of the area they live in, while girls bullying related to mental health, child disclosure, ethnicity and enjoyment of the area they live in.

    Abstract [en]

    Background: Self-harming behavior has increased globally and has recently become its own diagnosis in the Diagnostic and Statistic Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM). Methods of self-harm can consist in cutting, burning, hitting and starving yourself. Self-harming behaviors are more frequent among women in a prison environment than in rest of society. Aim: The purpose of this study was to identify risk factors for self-harming behavior among females serving a prison sentence. Method: A literature review was performed and data was collected from eight scientific articles with both quantitative and qualitative approach.

    Results: The results were analyzed and compiled into three main themes considering risk factors for self-harm: 1) Social strains and past negative life-experiences, 2) Mental illness and 3) Prison environment. The subthemes describe factors as family relations, age and ethnicity, abuse and traumas in the past; mental stresses, psychiatric diagnosis, substance abuse and withdrawal and relationships; and finally imprisonment, activities and restrictions in the environment and relations. Conclusion: Women who engage in self-harming behavior while serving a prison sentence often carry a problematic background with severe events who has affected them. The prison environment does not support their health and risk factors for self-harming behavior remains and even increases. This study can reinforce increased knowledge about self-harming behavior in women prisons and improve preventive work.

    Abstract [en]

    Background: Knowledge about adolescents' aggressive and antisocial behaviour is of highest importance to possess in human-treating organizations. This knowledge should be based on a holistic approach, which takes into account the environment (social and cultural factors) effect on behaviours. Previous research on youths' aggressive and antisocial behaviour primarily focused on biological and social factors. The present study focuses on the possible association between environment and aggressive and antisocial behaviours from a cultural perspective.

    Aim: The aim of the present study was to describe the frequency of aggressive and antisocial behaviours of high school students in Morocco and Sweden and compare them between genders and countries.

    Method: Self-reported frequency of aggressive and antisocial behaviours was assessed by the "Life History of Aggression" instrument. The study population consisted of 361 high school students in Morocco and 276 high school students in Sweden. Mann-Whitney U test was used o examine differences in the frequency of aggressive and antisocial behaviour between Moroccan and Swedish high school students and between genders. Eta2 was used to measure the effect size of the differences. 

    Results: The male students (in both countries) estimated their aggressive and antisocial behaviour higher than the female students. Moroccan male students scored significantly higher on aggressive behaviours directed both against others and themselves than Swedish male students. Swedish female students indicated significantly more often occurring antisocial behaviours than the Moroccan female students.

    Conclusion: The result indicates significant differences in the frequency of aggressive and antisocial behaviour between high school students in Morocco and Sweden. In general, the Moroccan students reported more aggressive and antisocial behaviour than the Swedish students. Importantly, this cannot be interpreted that Moroccan high school students have more atypical and norm-breaking behaviour than Swedish high school students, as atypical and norm-breaking behaviours are culture-sensitive. The result also showed some gender-specific behavioural differences between the countries.

    Syftet med studien är att visa på de möjligheter och begränsningar vad det gäller inlärning, som enskilda elever kan möta i dagen svenskundervisning. Kvantitativ metod i form av enkätundersökningar har används för att undersöka studiens syfte och frågeställningar. Enligt resultatet tycks alla elever i undersökningsklassen ha möjlighet att lära in under svensklektionerna. En del elever visade sig dock ha betydligt fler möjligheter och bättre förutsättningar till detta än andra. De elever som lärde sig bäst genom undervisningsformer så som att läsa, skriva, lyssna och prata visade sig ha störst möjligheter att lära in. Datorintresserade elever samt elever som föredrar att pyssla, visade sig också dra stora fördelar av undervisningen. Elever med behov att röra sig för att lära sig mest effektivt, visade sig ha minst förutsättningar för inlärning. Lärarna i undersökningen ansåg sig ha många möjligheter att anpassa undervisningen efter elevernas skiftande behov, men ansåg ändå att de behövde mer resurser för att börja arbeta mer individcentrerat.

    Abstract [en]

    In today´s IT environments, the role of the users becomes more important. In 2016 there were 200,000 crimes in Sweden that could be linked to social engineering attacks. These attacks are targeting the users and it is therefore important that users are aware of what they look like. This report is conducted in cooperation with a municipality in Västergötland, Sweden, and investigate four different methods to use when sharing IT information to their users. The methods differ not only in implementation but also in difficulty in the choice of words and expressions. The first method is a document of information taken from the municipality´s intranet. The second is also a document but is rewritten to simplify for the users. The third method is a video presentation and the fourth was made as a lecture with the possibility of interaction between the lecturer and the users. To evaluate these four methods two surveys were conducted. The first survey was performed before the users received IT information to create a baseline. After one and a half month the second survey was made. The surveys are compared to see how much the users remember and which method was most effective. The results indicate that the information on the municipality´s intranet is difficult to understand for the users. The other three methods provide a greater positive change in the user’s questionnaire response, indicating that users need a different form and structure when information is to be provided for them.
