The analysis model was developed on the basis of previous researchers' studies. The primary data collected from semi structured interview showed similarity between theory and practice. During work on this research study, one new idea is also innovated regarding material to be used in making of pallets. This idea can be implemented and in my opinion, this can be helpful for Green Environment. This innovative idea was discussed after analysis chapter of this research study.
