Abstract [sv]

Denna studie har genomförts på en kommunal arbetsplats där medarbetarna som deltagit arbetar inom sanitet/lokalvård. Syftet är att undersöka lärande som kommer i uttryck genom interaktionen mellan medarbetare i olika arbetsgrupper och hur det upplevs av medarbetarna.

De metoder som använts för att få fram den empiriska datan har varit intervjuer och observat-ioner. I denna studie har det genomförts 10 intervjuer med medarbetarna och fem observat-ionstillfällen med fyra olika arbetsgrupper. Intervjuerna har sedan transkriberats och analyse-rats utifrån en fenomenologisk ansats och observationerna med en hermeneutisk ansats inspi-rerat av etnografin.

Det som kom fram i empirin var fem teman: förändring, kommunikation, förståelse, hinder och delaktighet. Dessa teman visar på ett översiktligt plan resultatet av hur lärande kan upp-levas på en arbetsplats där medarbetarna kan integrera med varandra. Medarbetarna upplever en hög grad av lärande och utveckling genom till exempel erfarenhetsutbyte, omväxling, god dialog och delaktighet, men de upplever även hinder såsom stress, utanförskap och för hård styrning uppifrån.

Abstract [en]

This study has been conducted in a municipal workplace where employees who attended work in the sanitation / cleaning. The purpose is to examine the learning that comes in ex-pression by interaction between employees in various working groups and how it is perceived by the employees.

The methods that have been used to obtain the empirical data have been interviews and ob-servations. In this study10 interviews has been conducted with employees and five observa-tion times with four different groups. The interviews were then transcribed and analyzed from a phenomenological approach and observations with a hermeneutic approach inspired by eth-nography.

What has appeared from the empirical data were five themes: change, communication, under-standing, obstacles and participation. These themes indicate shows overall the result of how learning can be experienced in a workplace where employees can integrate with each other. Employees experience a high level of learning and development through exchange experi-ences, variety, good dialogue and participation for example, but they also experience obsta-cles such as stress, alienation and top-down.
