Abstract [sv]

Syftet med studien är att undersöka och analysera hur myndigheter och organisationer agerar för att integrera ensamkommande barn in i det svenska samhället efter att de fått uppehållstillstånd/asyl. Metoden som användes var av en kvalitativ ansats och innehåller tre intervjuer och två dokument. Vid analysen användes tematisk analys och kvalitativa innehållsanalys. Det teoretiska ramverket bestod av begreppen integration, marginalisering och socialisation. I resultatet framkom det sju teman som var att främja integrationen, sysselsättning, barnens egen delaktighet, religion och kultur, åsikter, delaktighet samt kunskap om skyldigheter. I det som kom fram i slutsatsen var att God man, känna en delaktighet samt inneha en sysselsättning främjade integrationen var viktiga faktorer för de ensamkommande barnen. Religionen framkom dels kunna vara en begränsning och dels en möjlighet för den individuella integrationen. Rättigheterna och skyldigheterna som framställdes var bland annat delaktighet i sitt asylärende samt en möjlighet att påverka detta, organisationernas och myndigheternas skyldighet att ta ansvar för att skapa en fungerande integration.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of the study is to examine and analyze how different agencies and organizations are acting to integrate unaccompanied children in Swedish society after they received a residence permit/asylum. The method that were used was a qualitative approach and includes three interviews and two documents. The analysis that were used was thematic analysis and qualitative content analysis. The theoretical framework consisted of the concepts of integration, marginalization and socialization. The results revealed seven themes that were to promote integration, employment, children's own participation, religion and culture, opinions,

participation and knowledge of obligations. In what came up in the concluded was that good man, feeling a participatory and hold an employment promoted integration were important factors for the unaccompanied children. The religion emerged partly be a limitation and an opportunity for the individual integration. The rights and obligation of the produced included the participation in his asylum case and an opportunity to influence this, organizations and government agencies are obliged to take responsibility for creating a functional integration.
