Abstract [sv]

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur delaktighetsperspektivet kommer till uttryck i en praktisk verksamhet, hur ungdomarna uppfattar delaktighet på en fritidsgård och hur deras uppfattning kan relateras till fritidsledarnas och enhetschefens perspektiv på ett delaktighetsfrämjande arbete.

 Hur beskriver fritidsgårdspersonalen sitt arbete ur ett delaktighetsfrämjandeperspektiv?

 På vilket sätt uppfattar sig ungdomarna delaktiga i fritidsgårdens verksamhet?

 Samspelar fritidsgårdspersonalens perspektiv på delaktighet och ungdomarnas delaktighet på fritidsgården och i så fall hur?

Den metodologiska ansats som valdes för studien var den kvalitativa, och semistrukturerade intervjuer användes i studien. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna var delaktighet och empowerment. Intervjuerna för studien valdes att dela upp i tre delar: den första gjordes med enhetschefen, den andra med fritidsledarna och den sista med ungdomarna. Resultatet i studien visade på att delaktighet uttrycks på fritidsgården, men att det skiljde sig på hur delaktigheten tas sig i uttryck. Något som binder samman de svar vi fick av intervjun med fritidsledarna är att de strävar efter att jobba delaktighetsfrämjande genom att se till att skapa goda relationer med ungdomarna. Enhetschefen ansåg att tillit och god relation är delaktighetsfrämjande. Ungdomarna trycker mest på att delaktighet för dem är när de är med och påverkar saker och ting

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study is to examine how participative perspective gets expressed in a practical activity, how the youths percept participation in a youth recreation centre and how their perception can be related to the recreation centre staffs perspective on a participative work. Our questions were:

 How does the recreation center staff describe their work from a participative perspective?

 In which way do the youths perceive themselves participated in leisure farms activities?

 Does the staffs participation perspective interact with the youths view on participation at the recreation centre, and in that case, how?

The methodological approach that was chosen for this study was the qualitative and semi-structured interviews were used in the study. The theoretical starting point was participation and empowerment. The interviews for this study were chosen to split into three parts which the first was made with the unit manager, the other with recreation leaders, and the last with the youths. The results of the study showed that participation is expressed at the recreation center but that it was different in how participation is taken in expression. Something that ties together the answer we got from the interview with the staff at the recreation centre is that they strive to work participative by making good relations with the youths. The unit manager believed that trust and good relation creates participation. The youths expressed that participation for them is when they are with and affects things
