Abstract [sv]

Bemanningsbranschen är en konkurrensutsatt bransch som ständigt växer. Det finns ett stort antal bemanningsföretag på marknaden som konkurrerar om både konsulter och kundföretag. Studien undersöker vilka strategiska områden bemanningsföretag bör ar-beta med för att överleva på marknaden. Vilka faktorer som är viktiga att ha i åtanke.

Studien genomfördes på ett anonymt fallföretag. Fallföretaget är ett av de ledande före-tagen inom bemanningsbranschen. Studien är av kvalitativ art och genomfördes med hjälp av semistrukturerade intervjuer på fallföretaget. Två intervjuer skedde på plats på bemanningsföretaget medan en besvarades via mail. Den teoretiska referensramen har analyserats tillsammans med empirin från intervjuerna. Slutsatsen för studien visar att följande områden bör kartläggas; Bemanningsbranschen/Konkurrens, Rekryte-ring/Konsultegenskaper, Attrahera konsulter, Behålla konsulter, Kundföretag och Lön-samheten

Abstract [en]

The staffing industry is a competitive industry that is constantly growing. There are a large numbers of staffing companies on the market that compete for both the customer and business consultants. The study examines the strategic areas should work with in order to survive in the market. Which factors are important to keep in mind.

The study was conducted in an anonymous case company. Fall company is one of the leading companies in the staffing industry. The study is qualitative in nature and was conducted using semi-structured interviews on the case. Two interviews took place on site at the staffing company while a reply through email. The theoretical framework has been analyzed together with the empirical data from the interviews. The conclusion of the study shows that the following areas should be identified; Staffing Industry / Com-petition, Recruitment / Consultant Properties Attract Consultants, Retention Consult-ants, Customer and Corporate Profitability
