Efter bearbetning och analys av intervjuer visar vår undersökning att inkludering upplevs positivt av flertalet av de pedagoger vi intervjuat. För att skapa och genomföra inkludering krävs resurser, stöd, anpassat arbetssätt och en positiv inställning, menar pedagogerna. Om dessa krav inte blir tillgodosedda är det lätt att inkludering i skolan upplevs negativt
