Abstract [en]

This study examines how implementing AI affects e-commerce platform customer pleasure, trust, and loyalty. The majority of respondents to the survey reported moderate to high satisfaction levels and better buying experiences as a result of AI-driven customization.

The survey's results show that most respondents are aware of this technology. Positive perceptions of customized advertisements and AI-generated product recommendations increase consumer happiness and trust. Opinions on AI-powered customer service, however, some people see advantages, while others have doubts. The results underscore the intricate correlation between customer views and AI technology, underscoring the necessity of tackling concerns related to privacy, trust, and efficacy. The research highlights several important limitations, including issues about data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the possibility of relying too much on automation at the expense of the human element in consumer interactions. The report suggests creating moral AI systems, improving personalization, including hybrid customer support, informing customers about AI, and continuously assessing and modifying AI strategies to maximize AI's advantages. E-commerce platforms will be able to effectively use AI if these problems are resolved and these suggestions are put into practice. This will increase consumer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust.
