The purpose of the survey is to see how typeface and its color interact in a text and how they are perceived. The survey is carried out using a quantitative method through a survey where the respondents are asked to describe various texts using the fonts Comic sans, Garamond, Cooper Black, Lato, Yeseva One and Better Together Script.

The result showed that the colors green, blue and red changed the respondents' perception of the texts, but to varying degrees. In some cases, the result and the description of the texts followed what we had previously seen in the theory, while in other parts they had a different outcome.

The conclusion of this investigation was that the color of the font is important, individuals can perceive the text in slightly different ways depending on its color.

Syftet med undersökningen är att se hur typsnitt och dess kulör samspelar i en text och hur de uppfattas. Undersökningen genomförs med en kvantitativ metod genom en enkät där respondenterna får beskriva olika texter med typsnitten Comic sans, Garamond, Cooper Black, Lato, Yeseva One och Better Together Script.

Resultatet visade att kulörerna grön, blå och röd ändrade respondenternas uppfattning om texterna men i olika stor grad. I vissa fall följde resultatet och beskrivningen av texterna det vi tidigare sett i teorin medan de i andra delar blev ett annat utfall.

Slutsatsen av denna undersökning blev att kulören på typsnitten har betydelse, individer kan uppfatta texten på lite olika sätt beroende av dess kulör.
