Abstract [sv]

Motiverade medarbetare är av vikt för att organisationer ska kunna nå sina mål och behålla sin personal. Studien utforskar samspelet mellan organisationskultur, ledarskap och medarbetarnöjdhet för att förstå hur dessa faktorer tillsammans påverkar medarbetares motivation. Genom att använda en kvantitativ metod med en tvärsnittsdesign samlades data in från yrkesverksamma på den svenska arbetsmarknaden genom en enkätundersökning.

Resultatet visade att ledarskap, medarbetarnöjdhet och organisationskultur har betydelse för medarbetarnas motivation, vilket stärker tidigare forskning inom området. Dock kunde inte studien påvisa interaktionseffekter mellan dessa variabler, men däremot återfanns det en marginalökning av förklaringsgraden när interaktionsvariablerna inkluderas i analysen.

Abstract [en]

Motivated employees are important for organizations to achieve their goals and retain their staff. The study explores the interaction between organizational culture, leadership, and employee satisfaction to understand how these factors collectively influence employee motivation. By employing a quantitative method with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from professionals in the Swedish job market through a survey.

The results indicated that leadership, employee satisfaction, and organizational culture are significant for employee motivation, reinforcing previous research in the field. However, the study could not demonstrate interaction effects between these variables; nevertheless, there was a marginal increase in the explanatory power when interaction variables were included in the analysis.
