The aim of the study is to investigate how different factors affect the prices of apartments in Partille, which in this study are the final prices of apartments. Both external factors but also factors that have a direct connection to the apartments in Partille municipality are examined. During the study, there were 967 observations, where 778 observations could be included in the regressions. The time period for data collection and the analysis of the data was during the years 2020 until 2022. Factors investigated are Unemployment, Median Income, Mortgage Interest, Population, Number of Rooms, Floor Plan, living area and the Monthly Fee. A multiple linear regression is developed to compare how the factors affect the price. Tests have also been done to see if the study's results are reliable. The result shows that the number of rooms is the variable and factor that has the biggest impact on the final price, also the other variables that are taken up have an impact where some have a positive impact like rooms, while some variables have a negative impact.

Studiens syfte är att undersöka hur olika faktorer påverkar bostadsrättspriserna. Både externa faktorer men även faktorer som har en direkt koppling till bostadsrätter i Partille kommun kommer att undersökas. Under studien har det observerats 967 stycken försäljningar, varav 778 observationer kunde tas med i regression. Tidsperioden för datainsamling och analysen av datan var under åren 2020 fram till 2022. Faktorer som undersöks är Arbetslöshet, Medianinkomst, Bolåneräntor, Befolkning, antal Rum, Våningsplan, Månadsavgift och Boarea. En multipel linjär regression tas fram för att jämföra hur faktorerna påverkar slutpriset. Tester har även utförts för att se om studiens resultat är pålitligt. Resultatet har visat att antal rum är den variabeln och faktorn som har den största påverkan på slutpriset, även de andra variablerna som tas upp har en påverkan där antal våningar och inkomst har en positiv påverkan medan bolåneräntor, arbetslöshet och månadsavgift är variabler som har en negativ påverkan på slutpriset.
