Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

In today’s society, ethical leadership has become increasingly important. Ethical leadership has a multifaceted impact on both the organization and its employees, especially on employees’ well-being, more specifically stress. Hence, these two phenomena and their relationship are investigated to contribute to the understanding of the importance of ethical leadership and the relationship it has on perceived stress. The study was conducted using a questionnaire.

The results show a connection between perceived ethical leadership and perceived stress with a significant negative correlation. The results of the study indicate that ethical leadership has an impact on employees’ perceived stress, which shows that there is an importance in actively working to promote ethical leadership within organizations.
