Abstract [sv]

Syftet med studien är att studera sambandet mellan ett hälsofrämjande ledarskap och kunskapsdelning. Frågeställningen som studien avser att belysa är: Finns det ett samband mellan hälsofrämjande ledarskap och kunskapsdelning? Studien är av en kvantitativ ansats i form av ett bekvämlighetsurval där data samlades in genom en enkät. Totalt 58 svar samlades in och målgruppen utgjordes av yrkesverksamma individer. Datan analyserades och tolkades i SPSS utifrån en korrelationsanalys och en regressionsanalys. Resultatet indikerar på att det råder ett samband mellan hälsofrämjande ledarskap och kunskapsdelning men också att arbetstillfredsställelse efter en regressionsanalys förklarade sambandet.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of the study is to analyze the connection between health-promoting leadership and knowledge sharing. The question that the study intends to highlight are: “Is there a relationship between health-promoting leadership and knowledge sharing?”. The study is of a quantitative approach in form of a convenience sample where data was collected through a questionnaire. A total of 58 responses were collected and the target group consisted of working individuals. The data were analyzed and interpreted in SPSS based on correlation and regression analysis. The result shows that there is a relationship between health-promoting leadership and knowledge sharing, but also that job satisfaction after a regression analysis explained the relationship.
