The researcher adopted a semi-structured interview approach to collect the data from the company. The data or information were analysed via thematic analysis by codifying the themes that underpin the research study's theories.

Conclusion: The researcher has gathered adequate evidence and established that the COVID-19 had a negative impact on PIA Limited operations and affected the company’s overall performance. However, the company adopted crisis management techniques to manage the pandemic situation while adapting its processes and strategic plans to make an informed decision to keep the company's going concerned and its survival during the crisis pandemic.

Research limitations- The researchers could not digest all of the information and use all the data gathered that were available to them to analyse the research in detail to bring out other issues due to the limited time factors of the research study.

Implications-: The researchers are aware that the COVID-19 pandemic emerged from China, even though no one could establish the actual cause of the virus. However, the company acknowledged the virus as a global crisis that should be managed. The consequences of the situation were also established, which are factors that influence the operation and s overall 6performance of Airblue Company, Limited, which duly needs the attention of the company’s management.
