Previous studies have not found the definitive reason why organizations will not adopt UX, but they have their suspicions. Therefore, this study intends to investigate this further. What is the reason why companies do not implement UX and dive deep into the impact of UX on the user? Aqualitative study was conducted against a west Swedish production and development company to collect data, through interviews and tests. Based on the data, mock-ups were created which were presented in an test to the respondents. The conclusion showed that the users appreciated anUX-optimized interface and companies can benefit from the implementation of UX on both new and existing systems. In order for companies to gain a better understanding of UX and what it can contribute to, we suggest that they have UX workshops and training internally. As aresult of the study, a new type of affordance emerged, Relations affordances. 

Tidigare studier har inte hittat den definitiva orsaken till varför organisationer inte adopterar UX tänk men de har sina misstankar. Därför ämnar denna studie undersöka detta närmare. Vad är anledningen till att företag inte implementerar UX samt djupdyka i inverkan av UX hos användaren. En kvalitativ studie utfördes mot ett västsvenskt produktions- och utvecklingsföretag för att samla in data, genom intervjuer och test. Baserat på datan skapades mock-ups som presenterades i ett test för respondenterna. Slutsatsen kom fram till att användarna uppskattade ett UX-optimerat gränssnitt och företag kan gynnas av implementation av UX både på nya och befintliga system. För att företag ska få bättre förståelse för UX och vad det kan bidra till föreslår vi att de internt har UX-workshops och utbildningar. Till följd av studien framkom en ny typ av affordance, Relationsaffordances.
