This paper is about accessibility on the web and more specific, in JavaScript and it’s different frameworks. We set out to explore accessibility in the four most popular frameworks and through an iteration process ended up focusing on React and the tool Eslint, comparing two versions of the same application, one that has the standard Eslint configuration and the other with an a11y-plugin with strict rules to see if there was an increase in performance and accessibility score. To test this out and gather data, we usedthree of the most popular web browser-integrated testing tools for the Google Chrome browser: Lighthouse, WAVE and aXe DevTools.We discovered that using such a simple tool as Eslint together with the a11y-plugin have a significant impact on the accessibility of a website/application. 

Den här studien handlar om tillgänglighet på webben, mer specifikt om tillgänglighet i JavaScript och dess ramverk. Vi ville utforska tillgängligheten i dom fyra mest populära ramverken, och genom en iterations-process, begränsade vi oss till att fokusera på React och verktyget Eslint. Vi jämförde två versioner av samma applikation, en som har Eslint med standardkonfiguration och den andra med a11y-plugin med strikta regler för att se om det blev en ökning i prestanda och tillgänglighet. För att testa och samla data använde vi oss av dom tre mest populära testverktygen för Google Chrome som är integrerade direkt i webbläsaren i form av plugins: Lighthouse, Wave och aXe DevTools.Våra resultat visade att genom att använda ett så enkelt verktyg som Eslint tillsammans med a11y-pluginet, ökade tillgängligheten av webbsidan/applikationen markant.
