Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

In today’s society where the transition from analogue to digital work is ever increasing, new demands are constantly pushed towards digital learning. Human Resources is a profession where this transition is a pressing matter since learning, be it by analog or digital means, is a key concept in daily work. The Covid pandemic has led to more people working from home, which has entailed an ergonomic health risk. For this reason, the current study found it relevant to examine how the Human Resources department within a Swedish municipality experience the pedagogical implantation of a digital education regarding ergonomics in the workplace at home. The survey is based on semi-structured interviews with four employees from the Human Resource department where it emerged, among other things, that an opportunity for reflection and a good pedagogical structure are fundamentally important prerequisites for digital learning in workplace at home. The results in the current study showed that the participants had a positive experience of the education and gained knowledge increased knowledge within ergonomics where inspiration were described as a learning-promoting mean. The findings of the study present perspectives that are good to consider when digital educations are to be implemented within organizations.
