Abstract [sv]

Att använda sig av medarbetarundersökningar i syfte av att mäta den psykosociala arbetsmiljö när vad medarbetarundersökningen från Winningtemp erbjuder. Processen involverar medarbetarna i arbetet med den psykosociala arbetsmiljön. Syftet med denna studie var delvis att undersöka hur delaktighet hör ihop med: hur resultatet från medarbetarundersökningen förstås och i vilken utsträckning medarbetarna upplever anonymitet samt hur medarbetarundersökningen speglar verkligheten i bolagen. Detta då delaktighet kan leda till mer arbetstillfredsställelse och ökad produktivitet. Syftet var även att undersöka hur anonymitet och förståelse av resultatet hör ihop med den sanna bilden av bolagen. Respondenterna (N=120) bestod av medarbetare i en organisation i Sverige som använder Winningtemps medarbetarundersökning. Variablerna analyserades med hjälp av en korrelationstabell samt en multipel regressionsanalys. Resultatet visade en positiv korrelation mellan alla variabler och delaktighet. Den multipla regressionsanalysen visade att anonymitet och hur resultatet av medarbetarundersökningen förstås, förklarade 40 % av hur medarbetarundersökningen reflekterade den sanna bilden av bolaget. Vad resultatet kan användas till diskuteras i denna studie.

Abstract [en]

To use an employee survey with the purpose to measure the psychosocial work environment is what the employee survey from Winningtemp are offering. The process includes the employeesin working with the psychosocial work environment. The purpose of this study was partly to examine how inclusiveness relates with how the results from the employee survey is understood, in which extend the employees experience anonymity and how the employee survey portrays the reality of the companies. This was examined because inclusiveness could lead to a higher job satisfaction and higher productivity. The aim of the study was also to examine how anonymity and understanding of the results relates with the true image of the companies. The respondents (N=120) consisted of employees in an organization in Sweden which uses Winningtemps employee survey. The variables were analyzed with a correlationtable and a multiple regression analysis. The result showed a positive correlation between inclusiveness and the other variables. The multiple regression showed that anonymity and the understanding of the results explained 40 percent of how the employee survey reflects thereality in the companies. How these results can be used will be discussed in this study.
