Abstract [en]

Purpose- To establish the relationship between Organizational Culture and leadership performance. The aim of this study identifies and comprehend the effects of Organizational Culture on leadership performance.

Methodology/approach-A qualitative research, collection of data was based on semi- structured interview. The data was coded, and main themes were determined to analyse the data.

Findings- leadership distinct important role in an organization while culture is developing through norms, value, beliefs, and symbols which guide the organization they way to behave and be run. Leadership, on the other hand, provide direction and clear-cut vision which inspires and motivate followers to achieve organizational goal. Leadership cannot succeed without culture and vice versa.

Research limitations-The scope of research was limited in terms of data collected and the utilization of the data for the research project which is subjective in nature.
