Abstract [sv]

Bemanningsbranschen blir en allt mer konkurrenskraftig marknad och efterfrågan på personal ökar. För att nå ut till lämpliga kandidater kan Employer Branding användas som marknadsföringsstrategi. Denna strategi grundas på företagets värderingar och vad som utmärker organisationen som en attraktiv arbetsplats, vilket i sin tur skapar förväntningar på den potentiella anställningen.

Syftet med studien var att undersöka ett företag inom bemanningsbranschen med fokus på medarbetarnas arbetstillfredsställelse, att se över hur det psykologiska kontraktet var relaterat till den, samt hur Employer Branding var en påverkande faktor. Fokus ligger på medarbetarbetarnas upplevelser kopplat till dessa faktorer.

Datainsamlingen grundades på åtta medarbetare med rollen som konsultchef där semistrukturerade intervjuer genomfördes.

Undersökningen indikerade på att personalen hade en samstämmig uppfattning om företagets Employer Branding, att det psykologiska kontraktet skapades utifrån denna marknadsföringsstrategi, samt att personalens arbetstillfredsställelse kunde bli påverkad utifall det psykologiska kontraktet uppfylldes eller inte.

Abstract [en]

The staffing industry is an increasingly competitive market and the demand for staff is growing in many sectors. In order to reach and attract suitable candidates, Employer Branding can be used as a marketing strategy. This strategy should be based on the company's values and what characterizes the organization as an attractive workplace, which creates expectations concerning the potential employment.

The purpose of this study was to examine an organization within the staffing industry, with a focus on the employees' job satisfaction, to look into how the psychological contract was related to it, and how Employer Branding can be an influencing factor. The emphasis was on employees' experiences linked to these factors.

The data collection was based on eight employees with the role as consultant manager and semi-structured interviews were conducted.

The survey indicated that the staff had a coherent view of the company's Employer Branding, that the psychological contract was based on the marketing strategy, and that the employees' job satisfaction could be affected if the psychological contract was fulfilled or not.
