Abstract [sv]
Organisationsförändringar är en naturlig del av en organisations i dagens samhälle och kan ske i olika omfattningar och på många olika sätt. Uppkomsten till en organisationsförändring skiljer sig också. Betydelsen av ledarskapet och kommunikationen mellan ledning och medarbetare har varit vårt fokus i denna rapport.
Syftet med rapporten var att med hjälp av ett studieobjekt och en kvalitativ undersökning i form av intervjuer, se vad som uppskattades och vad som sågs som svagheter i just den omorganisationen.
Metoden som användes var en fallstudie av ett sjukhus som har genomgått en omfattade omorganisering. Empirin har vi samlat in med form av semistrukturerade intervjuer med både ledning likväl som medarbetare.
Resultatet av studien visar att brist på motivation gentemot medarbetare i form av engagemang och delaktighet var den allra största svagheterna i omorganiseringen. Det bristande ledarskapet missar att inkludera medarbetarna i det komplexa som en organisationsförändring ofta är.
Abstract [en]
Organizational change is a natural part of an organizations' life in todays' society and can happen in different extent and in many different ways. The cause of organizational change different as well. The significance of the leadership and the communication between management and the coworkers have been our focus with this paper.
The purpose with this paper was, with help from our object of studies, through a qualitative research in the shape of interviews, see what was appreciated and what was seen as weaknesses in that particular reorganization.
The method which was used was and case studie of a hospital which has gone through a big organizational change. The empirical we have gathered through semi- structured interviews with both management and coworkers.
The result of the study shows that the lack of motivation in terms of commitment and participation towards the coworkers were the biggest weaknesses in the reorganization. The lack of good leadership misses to include the coworkers in the complexity that a reorganization usually is.
