Abstract [sv]

Examensarbetet är en studie som behandlar standardisering av ett reläskåp i E.ON Elnäts 55/11 kV transformatorstationer. Standardisering av reläskåp innebär att en lösning tas fram på en befintlig station och tillämpas på andra stationer med samma förutsättningar. Inför framtagningen av reläskåpet, utfördes först en grundläggande litteraturstudie kring de externa och interna fel som en transformator kan utsättas för samt de vanligaste skyddsfunktioner som skyddar transformatorn från feltillstånd. Utöver reläskydd studerades de andra apparaterna som finns i reläskåpet. Efter förstudier indelades projektarbetet i mindre delmoment där kontroll av tilldelade underlag och kretsscheman utfördes. Underlaget består till stor del av förbindelsetabeller och kretsscheman som beskriver stationens och skåpets konstruktion samt de komponenter som i nuläget är installerade. Underlaget för befintliga apparater i reläskåpet studerades noggrant. I kombination med E.ONs kravspecifikation för transformatorstationen och apparaterna framställdes komponenternas tekniska specifikationer samt de skyddsfunktioner som bör beaktas vid konstruktion av reläskåpet. En offertförfrågan skickades ut till ledande leverantörer med tekniska kravspecifikationer för apparaterna. De tillhandahållna förslagen från leverantörerna undersöktes och jämfördes sedan med de existerande skydden. Därefter tillfrågdes montageföretag för montering av reläskåpet där endast ett företag kunde utföra arbetet. Efter analysen av apparater ansågs reläskydd D och spänningsregulator F samt vaktenhet H som de bäst rekommenderade komponenterna till reläskåpet. Andra produkter har vissa fördelar som analyserats och diskuterats i rapporten. Det enda montageföretaget som har svarade på offerförfrågningarna valdes för utförande av montagearbetet.

Abstract [en]

The thesis is a case study about standardization of a relay cabinet at E.ON´s 55/11 kV substation. Standardization of the relay cabinet implies that a solution is developed from a station and applied to other stations with the same conditions. Prior to the development of the relay cabinet, a basic theoretical study was performed about the external and internal faults that a transformer may be exposed to and the most common transformer protection philosophies were investigated. In addition to relays other components in the relay cabinet were also examined. The project was then divided into parts where control of the assigned data and circuit diagrams were performed. The material consists mainly of connection charts and circuit diagrams that describe the station and cabinet construction and the components used at present. The charts for the existing devices in the relay cabinet were examined extensively. In combination with E.ON's requirement for the cabinet components and the transformer station the components technical specifications as well as the protection functions were established. A request for quotation was sent to the leading manufacturers with the component's technical specifications. The answers provided by the suppliers were analyzed and then compared with the existing ones. A request was also sent to relay cabinet installation companies. Only one company was able to perform the work. All data was then compiled and analyzed. Following the study of the market leading manufacturers relay D, voltage regulator F and annunciation relay H were chosen as the best recommended components. Other products that have some advantages are analyzed and discussed in the report. The only installation company that responded was chosen to perform the installation work.
